As per the details mentioned in the Teachers Registration Form, I, upon successful completion of the training sessions, do hereby agree

1. That I have attended the training sessions (online/offline) conducted by Ved Vignan Maha Vidya Peeth (hereinafter referred as “The Organization”) for conducting Sri Sri Sanskar Kendra workshops for children (hereinafter referred to as “the Workshops”). I undertake that I have good physical and mental health, and say that after completing the training sessions (online/offline), I have volunteered myself to act as a teacher for conducting the Workshops for and on behalf of the Organization. I admit and acknowledge that I have been granted a revocable license by the Organization to act as a teacher for conducting the Workshops for and on behalf of the Organization, subject to the rules, regulations, terms and conditions as formulated from time to time by the Organization. I agree and undertake to strictly comply with all such rules, regulations, terms, and conditions. Online sessions will refer to trainings conducted via zoom calls, Microsoft teams or any other digital/electronic platform. Offline sessions will refer to training conducted via physical classes.
2. To enable me to conduct the Workshops, the Organization has provided to me a Teaching Manual containing instructions and guidelines for conducting the Workshops and other teaching material, either physical or electronic copy (collectively referred to as “the Teaching Manual”). The said Teaching Manual shall always belong to the Organization and I shall have absolutely no right title or interest therein. I agree and undertake to return the said Teaching Manual to the Organization immediately upon being called upon to do so.
3. That the license to act as a teacher as aforesaid is valid for my lifetime unless otherwise revoked by the Organization anytime in its absolute discretion. The Organization shall be entitled to revoke the said license and / or call upon me to return the Teaching Manual at any time without assigning any reason. Upon revocation of license at any point of time by the Organization I hereby undertake to immediately stop conducting any further Workshops and also to promptly return the Teaching Manual and other material to the Organization.
4. That the license to act as a teacher is personal to me and I hereby undertake not to assign or transfer the same to anyone else under any circumstances whatsoever.
5. That I shall conduct the Workshops as per the guidelines and rules provided to me from time to time by the Organization and I undertake not to deviate from the same.
6. I admit and acknowledge that the contents of the Teaching Manual and the know how to conduct the Workshops belongs exclusively to the Organization. I agree and undertake that I shall keep all such contents and know how strictly confidential and shall not disclose or reveal them to any third party under any circumstances. I agree and undertake not to give or show the Teaching Manual to any third party under any circumstances. I also agree and undertake not to use such contents and knowhow for any purpose other than for conducting the Workshops for and on behalf of the Organizations in accordance with the rules and guidelines of the Organization. I undertake not to use such contents and knowhow for any commercial purpose or personal gain.
7. That I undertake not to modify, alter, share, transfer, make copies/reproduce or misuse the course materials or the Training Manual in any manner whatsoever failing which the license shall stand revoked without prejudice to other rights for taking legal action accruing in favour of the Organization.
8. That I shall render and submit proper financial information and accounts as per the forms, guidelines, and rules issued from time to time by the Organization.
9. That I shall maintain the dignity of the Organization and shall portray the high moral character at all times.
10. That I shall follow and obey all the rules, regulations, guidelines, circulars, notifications as may be issued by the Organization from time to time.
11. That I shall always keep Confidential all the information, materials received either directly or indirectly, in writing, orally, electronically, other media format, and/or in tangible objects, including, without limitation, invention summaries, etc. from the Organization or from any person authorized on behalf of Organization. That I hereby undertake not to claim any ownership over the proprietary or intellectual property rights in the Teaching Manual or in the know how for conducting the Workshops or in any name or logo belonging to the Organization.
12. That I undertake that the personal details as stated by me above are correct and nothing material is concealed thereof. I further undertake to inform the Organization whenever there is a change in my address or contact details as mentioned above.
13. That I shall indemnify and keep indemnified/harmless the Organization, its founder (His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji), its employees, volunteers, agents etc, against any costs, charges, expenses, damages, consequence etc arising as a result of my breach of anything stated herein.
14. The appropriate courts at Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or in relation to this declaration. This undertaking shall deem to be accepted using electronic means pursuant to section 10 of the Information Technology Act 2000 or any amendments made therein. Furnishing of this undertaking forms as a pre-condition to access any online sessions/material conducted or offered for the Workshops.
